 Corvus Accounting offers comprehensive accounting solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning and preparation, business consulting, sales tax tracking and filing, and Zoho software consulting and integrations. We specialize in supporting service companies and marketing agencies but serve a wide range of small and medium businesses. 

 All services are personally managed by Suzanne Leonard, the CEO and founder of Corvus Accounting. Suzanne is a certified non-CPA accountant and an expert in Zoho, QuickBooks Online, and other leading accounting platforms. 

 Our pricing is fully customized based on your business needs—there are no standard packages or fees for unused services. Typical monthly contracts range from $500 to $1,500, for Accounting, Bookkeeping, & Payroll Services depending on service level and complexity.  Tax Advisory/Planning is priced from a quarterly standard according to the results of your analyzation report, and can range anywhere from $600 to $3000 per quarter. 

 New clients complete an online form to add business information to our CRM. We then provide a contract and statement of work for review and signing. Work begins within seven days after all necessary permissions are granted. 

 We primarily serve service companies and marketing agencies but work with businesses in most industries except nonprofits with government grants. 

 We take a holistic approach, considering your entire business—not just the numbers. Our services are highly personalized, and we provide real-time accounting data for actionable insights. Our expertise in Zoho and other automation tools ensures smooth, integrated workflows. 

 We are certified partners with Zoho, QuickBooks Online, ADP, Gusto, Bill.com, and Veem. We help clients select and implement the best solutions for their needs. 

 For monthly contracts, bookkeeping is completed weekly. Payroll and other services follow your business’s schedule and needs. 

 We offer flexible communication via email, phone, text, or chat—according to your preference. All work is managed directly by Suzanne to ensure consistency and quality. 

 Yes. While we serve clients across the United States, we also support businesses with subsidiaries abroad and can help navigate multi-state and international accounting requirements. 

 We use industry-standard secure software and best practices to protect your data. All information is kept confidential and handled in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
